Meet Isabelle
Isabelle Shamasna is the owner and founder of Structured Literacy Center, a private reading intervention practice providing one-to-one, evidence-based structured literacy instruction for students with dyslexia and reading-based learning differences.
She works with children who struggle with reading, spelling, and written language despite effort and intelligence, using systematic, explicit instruction rooted in Orton-Gillingham principles.
Isabelle believes reading interventions should be intentional, consistent, and relational. She works with a limited number of students at a time to ensure focused instruction, meaningful progress, and a calm learning environment.
Structured Literacy Center was created to offer families a specialized alternative to large tutoring centers, centered on depth, quality, consistency, and care.
